• 60% Assorted Cuts like Flat Iron Steaks, Ribeyes, NY Strip, Filet, Round Steak, Sirloin, Ribs, Skirt Steak/ Fajita Meat, & 1-2 of the following Retail Roast Cuts: Rump Roast, Tenderized Cutlets, or Loin Tip Roast
• 35-40% of your package will be the best all-natural Texas pasture-raised Ground Beef you've ever had. Our signature 85/15 ground beef blend is perfect for burgers, tacos, mama’s meatballs, you name it.
• Free Add-Ons: We don’t let anything go to waste!
